Join us for us for the Better Business Model Workshop organized by Impact Hub Berlin in collaboration with Business Model Toolbox on August 25th.
We will start the day by considering the underlying problem faced by customers and defining the social impact and possible value propositions for different customer segments. We will then challenge these first ideas with different business model patterns. At the end of the day, we will have drafted a first version of a business model and worked out a concrete overview of the next steps for creating a quick prototype. Our session will conclude with participants reflecting on the key aspects of Better Business Design and how these elements affect the design of a business model.
